Arrange bicycle storage

Explain the building’s facilities, capture agreement to its terms and prepare an access request for staff.

Read the walkthrough
  1. A resident asks where they can safely store a bicycle. Prospero explains the location of the building’s bicycle store and the fob access process.
  2. Prospero shares the building-specific storage terms. The resident confirms that they agree.
  3. Prospero logs an access request and asks the resident to bring their fob to reception. Staff activate access; the conversation does not unlock the store.

Silent screen recordings with text walkthroughs. Services, responses and building rules depend on the information and workflows configured for each property. A logged request still needs the relevant team to act.

SIMPLE FOR RESIDENTS

No new routine to learn.

Your property team provides the approved WhatsApp contact and registration instructions for your building.

  1. 1. Send a message

Ask a question or describe an issue. Add a photo, voice message or video where supported.

  2. 2. Give the details

Answer any follow-up questions so the team has the location and information it needs.

  3. 3. Keep the conversation going

Use your case reference when asking for an update or adding more information.

01

Ordinary email. A useful answer.

Residents can send a normal email from their usual email app to the service address set up for their development. Tempest’s AI layer captures and handles it just like a WhatsApp message. No new resident app is needed: residents can ask a question, report a problem or continue a conversation in the channel they already use.

02

Use the right property context

Prospero draws on the documents, handbooks and rules supplied for each development. It helps with everyday building questions, repair reports, parking, parcels and other configured services.

03

Turn a conversation into action

When an email or WhatsApp conversation needs human intervention, the AI layer triages the request and logs it in Tempest OS for the property team. Tempest OS brings related reports together around the operational issue, with the conversation available for context.

04

Capture replies to resident communications

The property manager can send a mass communication from Tempest OS. Every resident reply is captured by the same AI layer, including a normal email reply to the notice. AI responds where appropriate, and triages and logs anything requiring human intervention in Tempest OS.

05

Keep residents in the loop

Management updates can return through the connected resident channel. Follow-up messages stay part of the case, helping the team understand whether the issue has been resolved.

Where human support remains essential

AI support does not replace emergency services or the development’s emergency arrangements. Service scope, response routes and escalation procedures are agreed during onboarding.
