Please do not submit resident information, special-category data or other sensitive material through the demo form.
3. Contact form and recipients
Formspree receives the form fields and routes the enquiry to us. Google reCAPTCHA is loaded when you submit the form to assess abuse and may process device, browser, IP and interaction information. Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects the website and may process connection and security data.
These providers process information under their own terms and our applicable arrangements. Their services may involve processing outside the UK; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used. You can read the providers’ notices at Formspree, Google and Cloudflare.
5. Retention and security
We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Provider security logs and storage are retained under the relevant provider arrangements. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service is completely risk-free.
