Tempest supports property teams with information, drafting and workflow assistance. Property-scoped permissions and audit records support oversight. Managers control consequential actions such as sending campaign emails and approving onboarding requests.

Tempest OS’s case-update workflow can require approval of every update. Configured automatic updates use an additional AI check, with uncertain or sensitive content held for review.

Escalation means a report for the human team to action; it does not imply immediate live-agent takeover.

Data handling and supplier assurance

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Client arrangements are documented in a Data Processing Agreement. Retention, deletion and processing locations are defined by data category and agreed arrangements.

Client and resident data is not currently used by Tempest for model training or fine-tuning. AI-provider processing arrangements and the current sub-processor list are available on request. Sub-processor assurance should not be read as a certification held by Tempest itself.
